A NEW ADDITION TO OUR PACKAGES-complimentary STORY SESSIONS. Before the wedding day, we'll have a conversation about how you both met and how your love story unfolded. Together, we’ll plan a 1-hour story session at 1-2 locations of your choice, where we'll capture content as you recreate the moments you fell in love. These intimate and personalized content shoots are designed to tell your love story in a meaningful way that will be used in the final recap video of your wedding day.

Your date is not confirmed until your contract is signed and the deposit is paid. For Las Vegas weddings and events, the deposit is $150 (unless the wedding is within 14 days). For destination weddings, the deposit equals the cost of the flight, which secures my travel to you. Once we send out the invoice, you will have 3 days (72 hours) to pay the deposit to secure your date.
If the deposit is not paid within 72 hours, a 10% late fee will be added to your total.
If payment is not received within an additional 24 hours after the late fee is applied, your contract will be considered null and void. Your date will then be released and offered to the next couple in line.
If no other couple has claimed your date and you still wish to proceed with the booking, you will be required to pay the deposit plus the 10% late fee by the end of the day (EOD) to reinstate your booking.

I will hold a date for 48 hours until you pay the retainer/booking fee. Once 48 hours passes, you will have to reach out and inquire again for the availability of that date. The sooner you reach out, the higher your chances of securing your preferred date.
I’m happy to make exceptions when needed—life happens, and I’m willing to extend grace but all I ask is if you communicate to me.
However, I cannot tolerate ghosting, which is why this policy is being implemented to protect both my business and myself.

If your wedding is scheduled far in advance and you're ready to hire us as your content creator but haven’t yet decided on a specific package, we offer the flexibility to secure your date with just a booking fee of $150.
Couples have until two months before their wedding to finalize their content creation package and the number of hours they wish to book. This allows us to effectively plan the specific content you want captured and ensures that we are fully aligned on your vision for the big day. After this deadline, the chosen package becomes final, allowing us to provide the best service possible.

We believe in transparency and simplicity. When you choose our wedding content creation services, you can rest assured there are no hidden fees and no strings attached. Our packages are designed to provide exceptional value at a flat rate, ensuring you get exactly what you need to capture the magic of your special day.

To secure your date, a $150 deposit for Las Vegas weddings and events is required within 72 hours of receiving your invoice. If the deposit is not paid within 72 hours, a 10% late fee will be applied. Failure to pay within an additional 24 hours will result in your date being released.

If you request additional hours while we are onsite, a separate invoice will be sent after your event, and payment must be made immediately unless otherwise arranged in advance.
If payment is not received, your full content album will be held until the outstanding balance is paid.
If your event timeline runs behind and extends our coverage by 30+ minutes, additional time will be charged with the couple’s permission. A separate invoice for this time will also be sent after the event.
If payment for the extended time is not made, your content will remain on hold until the balance is cleared.

All payments must be made by the agreed-upon due dates before the wedding. A 10% late fee will be added to the outstanding balance every 3 days if payment is not received.
If payment remains unpaid after 6 days, your booking will be canceled, your date will be released, and no refunds will be issued.

It's your wedding day, so we don’t require you to hire a videographer unless you want to. If you don’t have one hired, we’ve got you covered! At no extra cost, we’ll have our second iPhone and set it up on a tripod to record the full ceremony while we focus on capturing behind-the-scenes videos. This way, you’ll still have a complete recording of your special moment.
